 Dear Gary,          

I would like to thank you for the professional, expedient and caring way you recently sold my home. Having bought this residence with my late Father, I had many attachment issues, which you patiently acknowledged, as we moved through the sales process. Your helpful suggestions on preparing my home for Open House's, prospective client private showings and the final sales process were all handled by you, with the utmost regard for my personal, and financial well being.

As I look toward the future, I recall a statement Gary made to me, upon leaving my home for the last time. "Paul, one door closes, and another will open" he stated.
